tos for vtuber models✧ about commissioning
with a reference as a base (can be a design, ref sheet, or moodboard) i will make a test sketch and if the client is happy with it the commission process will start. re using the sketch/making it public at this stage is not allowed.
for clients interested to claim a slot of waitlist, a waitlist fee must be paid of 5% full commission price. this is non refundable.✧ about the usage license
vtuber model art clients will be granted the rights to use the model and design commercially online only (streaming, social media, membership based websites, any kind of promotion)spreading hateful messages when using the model is against the terms of use.crediting me as the artist is necessary (linking, mentioning, any is fine) taking credit for my work or omitting mentioning me as the artist is prohibited in any situation. as the artist, i also keep the rights to use the model for portfolio and/or promotion purposes.✧ about the process
after the initial sketch, big changes
on it will be charged extra and can also affect the time of delivery depending on complexity.updates will be shown by advancing on the project, and i will notify the client in case of any delays.in case of a special partial payment agreement, the progress will be proportional to the percentage paid of the model. delaying a payment could delay the delivery.✧ about paymentsa payment must be made after the sketch if decided to proceed with the commission, which can be half or full payment, only via paypal. other payment plans can be discussed.

for a model bought, you will get:
model psd with layers ready for rigging (6k x 8k px)

model base (no clothes) unless bought as addition
hands cut for specific hand rigging✧ refund policy
a refund can only be requested if the payment was done after the sketch and before i could start the commission. after that, only in a special situation (such as me not being able to finish the commission for any motive) a refund will be done, by the percentage of work on the model.✧ others
use or relation to any sort of nft project is not allowed.
tracing in any way is not allowed.
modifying the model art is not allowed (addition of clothes/emotes/accesories is okay)
